It's something essential in today's world so we decided that, rather than pay 'Social Media Experts' a big fat fee for setting up a meeting and training us, we realised that between different users we could all share knowledge and teach one another. ...so the Twunch was born! Each month we discuss a different item of social media, in this order: Month 1: Twitter Month 2: Facebook Month 3: LinkedIn Month 4: Surprise! It could be Google+, Pinterest, Flickr....who knows?
Because there are no paid 'experts' everyone's opinions are taken into account and at the end of the session you should have learned something...along the way you are building a good network of friends, business contacts, learning mentors and lunch buddies by accident! So - practising what we preach, all of this will be delivered, hosted and supported by free-to-use customisable new media and shared in the same way. There will be T shirts, mugs, stickers and other weird and wonderful things in time! So, do you Twunch? |
